Ingredients
  1. 1 long eggplant,
  2. 50 g minced pork,
  3. dry starch
  4. Seasoning: a little egg white, chili sauce, soy sauce, green onion, ginger, garlic, salt, cooking wine, soybean sauce, white sugar, MSG (optional)
Instructions
  1. Add salt, cooking wine, soy sauce and MSG into the minced pork.
  2. Add diced green onion, ginger, and garlic to step 1 and mix well
  3. Add a little egg white into step 2.
  4. Stir with chopsticks with one direction, so the meat has a better texture and taste.
  5. Cut eggplant into thin pieces. Cut off to the end every other time.
