1. Clean the eggs surface. Pour some cold water into the wok, and add some salt. Turn off the gas for 5 minutes after boiling with high heat. Keep the eggs in the wok for another 5 minutes then wash with cold water again. 2. Peel off the eggshells. 3. Prepare beer(any kind you like), soy sauce, and sugar. 4. Draw a few lines on the egg surface with a knife. 5. Put beer, soy sauce and sugar into the wok. Boil with high heat. 6. Do not cover the wok in case it spills out. 7. Stir the eggs often for even coloring. 8. Cook with low heat until the sauce is fully absorbed. Done!
