 Egg Fried Rice Recipe

If you live in school and can only go back home once a year, what’s the top one traditional Chinese food on your list that you want your mom to cook for you? Without a doubt, egg fried rice is my choice. Of course, authentic Moo Goo Gai Pan is the second. My college was over 1000 kilometers away from home by train at that time. You know what I was thinking all the time from the moment I got on the train? Egg fried rice! I believe “mom’s flavor” is the reason behind it. Nothing fancy or expansive, the simplest thing is the best one.

This is a very simple fried rice recipe, but you can add some varieties and create your own style. The key is how to prepare the rice and egg. The most important ingredient is green onion. We want to share some real dish recipes in Chinese cuisine. Let’s get ready for my favorite home-made healthy Chinese food!
